Denver Museum of Nature & Science Wonder Workshop Series:
Mission To Mars
Ages 8-11 ONLY
Registration is required and space is limited to 30 students per session.
Three 45 minute sessions available: 1 PM , 2 PM , and 3 PM. Each participant should only register for one time slot!
The classes will be taught by a DMNS instructor with library staff support and hosted in the Leeper Center.
This in not a drop-in class. Please plan for your child to participate for the entire 45 minutes at the assigned time slot.
Description from DMNS: Blast off on a journey of discovery and make room for a space station orbiting Mars, transporting the class of young astronauts. This transformation will challenge participants to use teamwork, critical thinking, and creativity to solve problems and design the future of space travel. This Mars mission will take science to a new stratosphere! Junior astronauts will be left feeling inspired by human ingenuity and the universe around them.
