—Ralph Waldo Emerson (1803-82) American writer, philosopher, poet, essayist

As part of our art show, author and artist Gary Raham will be visiting the library on Dec. 7 at 2:30pm.  He will read from his latest book, "The Dinosaurs' Last Seashore," discuss how a paleoartist opens windows to the past, and demonstrate some sketching techniques for budding artists.
